As a job search workshop facilitator, Seema has guided individuals in navigating the employment market, resume building, and job search strategies. Her experience at TWCH includes supporting women who are refugees, fleeing domestic violence, or facing mental health challenges. She has organized Coffee and Conversation groups for newcomer visible minority women, providing a safe space to discuss settlement and social issues while connecting them with essential resources like housing, transportation, healthcare, and legal services.

In addition to her community work, Seema is an expert residential and commercial realtor. She helps clients find their ideal properties, negotiate leases, and connect with mortgage agents, lawyers, and home inspectors.
